VPF is proud to be the home of Poppie, a Pilate's Studio for the Mind, Body & Soul. Poppie was established in June of 2015 in honor of Owner, Kelly Gulbrandsen's grandfather. Focusing on core alignment and based on the original teaching of Joseph Pilates, our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises in order to gain strength, flexibility and improved posture.
"The mind, when housed within a healthful body, possesses a glorious sense of power." - Joe Pilates
