Kelly Gulbrandsen has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She graduated from CSU with a major in Health & Exercise Sciences with a concentration in Health Promotion. She is a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. Kelly is also certified through the Peak Pilates training system. When training her clients, Kelly believes its all about balance. Pilates and weights go hand in hand to help unilaterally develop a strong body.
Steve Mach has been an elite personal trainer in Denver for over 20 years. Steve has worked with both Professional Athletes as well as those who have never set foot in a gym. He specializes in pre & post rehabilitation, sports conditioning as well as general fitness.
Caleb Smeltzer ACSM HFS
Caleb Smetzler has excelled at sports his whole life. As a two sport college athlete (football & baseball) Caleb has a passion for fitness. He has worked with clients ranging from type 2 diabetics suffering from obesity to NFL football players, and ages ranging from 8 to 69 years old.
Chase Nealon (B.A., NCSF, KSA, KSM, CPHY, CPVF, YYTT)
Chase Nealon has been a successful health and wellness professional and coach for over 10 years. He has created a unique training style mixing yoga, martial arts, Ayurvedic nutrition and sports performance to help his clients get to there goals and live a better life. In his years as a trainer and coach he has worked with all walks of life ranging from beginners to Olympic athletes. With certifications in performance training, massage therapy, nutrition, and yoga he offers a well rounded approach that clients say "is one in a million".
Nicole Smeltzer (NASM, Movement and Mobility 101)
Nicole is a Colorado native who has always had a passion for fitness, sports and competition! An Alumni of Cherry Creek High School and Colorado State University, she received her degree in Exercise and Health Science in 2001. Nicole played varsity lacrosse and softball throughout high school, but is mostly known for her success in marathons. In the last 8 years Nicole has won numerous marathons and half marathons including The Denver Rock n Roll, the Boulder marathon, and the Colfax marathon 4x! During 2012-2016 Nicole was sponsored by Newton Running Elite. Nicole offers one on one personal training, small group training, as well as HITT classes. She believes in proper mechanics, commitment, and a solid support system is needed to take people to their next level of fitness!
David Armayor, (B.S., CSCS, MAT,GPS)
David has been a successful business owner and strength and conditioning specialist for 20 years. He has created an effective and unique training philosophy, coupled with Muscle Activation Techniques therapy, to assist clients in reaching their fitness and performance goals. Over his career, David has had the privilege of working with many professional athletes, including those on the PGA Tour, the NBA, the NFL and the MLB. David conducts sports-specific training programs for high school and collegiate athletes and has achieved a 90% track record of seeing his high school athletes move on to play collegiate sports with a scholarship. He is married with twin boys and loves to cycle.
Carson Lemon is passionate about fitness. He has the drive and commitment to help clients reach their desired goals. Carson's experience ranges from rehabilitation to college athletes to the every day person. He is committed to athletic enhancement and general fitness for healthy and active lives. Carson received his B.S. from Colorado State University with a major in Health and Exercise Science

George Quijano ISSA Strength & Conditioning Specialist, TRX certified, RIPPED certified, Orangetheory fitness certified.
George Quijano went to Portland State University where he played Division 1 football. He received a Bachelor of Science. George is also the author of My Food Journey Weight Loss Program. When it comes to training, George really believes diet comes first. He has seen many of his clients exceed weight loss goals that they never thought were possible. "You cant out train a poor diet." George is the best when it comes to switching it up when you feel you have hit that plateau. He believes you must venture outside your comfort zone, find your unique "why" and start training with a purpose. George is avaiable for one on one training, group training, as well as nutrition consultations. The only requirement is the desire to change and the MOTIVATION to see RESULTS.
